There has be some talk about using colinux as a firewall to protect
windows having linux drive the nic directly and haveing windows connect t=
o
the network through colinux and using linux native iptables as the
firewall builder.

If you just want to protect colinux just use iptables on linux.

or you could use the ICS method of networking and then nobody outside can
connect unless you have the port forwarded.
