This could be a namespace issue. 
On a terminal server, services use the global namespace by default, whereas
clients have a session namespace. There is a "Global\" prefix to be used by
client processes to manipulate the global namespace, which colinux-daemon
seems to lack in this case.

Anyway, devel-list is a much beter place to discuss this.
