Hi Blade, =20 apt-get install is your friend; check the debian documentation... I = don't know the exact package names. ftp client: the 'simple' one is in a = package inetutils or something like that. You can try ncftp, which = should be just: apt-get install ncftp. irc: don't use it, so you're on = your own... links / lynx: apt-get install links / apt-get install lynx = should do your trick. =20 Of course you do need to get basic networking to work first. Can you = access the network at all? Does, for instance, 'apt-get update' work?
