Changing the executables's name is futile.

You have to specify different config files with -c option for each instance.

You also need to create a TAP device for each by following
Settings->Control Panel->Add Hardware->Blah blah...
and configure them accordingly. Note that, you must consider MAC address 
variability if you bridge them all.
