Hello, everybody can contribute code. I would add every patches, if some one would send it. But the real problem is, that hard hacking the Linux kernel is not the top of the most developers. CoLinux was designed for long time for small hardware, and at a time where no other virtualization was available for free. For now we have better and faster computers, we have hardware virtualization support, and we have VirtualBox for free. This all makes not necessary to go so deep into kernel.
