You can use samba share which works perfectly for file transfer
between coLinux and host.

I've noticed that probably VNC DISPLAY is incorrect:

display environment variable should be host's ip. If fedora image has
iptables configured internally, it should open specific ports to
receive and send between coLinux and host.
