Hello,

I don't know, it is not thought or not at before. Is it possible to
use compiled with cygwin/mingw or other open source network stack
which is compatible with coLinux instead of using windows stack on
Windows?

As I understand, Winpcap is only do connection between tap devices.

I want to disable adapters at windows which comes with windows and use
open source or other implementations instead of which comes with
windows os.

Is it possible?
