Did you ever find a strategy in regards to using i686-w64-mingw32 and the
ntddk.h -> wdm.h #inclusion problem[1]?  I'm now using a 32-bit Fedora 17
instead of a 64-bit Fedora 15 and trying 'make colinux'.  - Shao
