Hello Guorke, for the network problem: If you starts coLinux from command line and as Service, Windows uses an other account, and inside Linux you have an other MAC for the network card. The Ubuntu tends to rename every new card from eth0 into an other, for example eth1, eth2 and so. Edit the file /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules and rename the eth1 or eth2 back into eth0. Than the network from start as service should work in same way as from command line.
