I just recently got Ubuntu 11.10 running inside colinux 0.7.9 under Windows 7.

I built the image using dd inside an instance of Ubuntu running on another machine.

Since colinux kernel lacks the patch to make /proc/kmsg readable by non-root, rsyslogd went into an infinite loop.  Fixed by commenting out one line in /etc/rsyslogd.conf.

I have been unable to get ndis bridge to work, using slirp for now.
