What do you mean with "reboot"?
"reboot" on the Linux command line and in the FLTK console the
"File"-menu the "Reboot" works too.

I needed to a customer web panel for reboot (restart) VPS and see traffic
monthly and web space about that VPS. Is this possible?

Sure it is possible - but it is nothing specific to coLinux.
