if you dont mind something that is branded "ADI", you can use the
installers i keep up to date:
    http://blackfin.uclinux.org/gf/project/bfin-colinux/frs/

the actual install currently is a fairly benign Debian 5.0 -- it has
defaults geared towards development.  but you can easily uninstall
them with apt.

i'm waiting for coLinux-0.7.9+ to be released so i can update the
image to Debian 6.0 ...
