Do you mean booting colinux kernel under windows with real partition as root?
# This is the key - we mount real partition here
And you should also have correct fstab entries.

One thing to note is that if /dev/Xda2 has an LVM PV then you will need
a kernel that supports LVM.
A collection of specialized kernels with a handful of different
combinations would be nice. Don't forget to build a Supreme Kernel with
every thing on it.
