Initial Comment:
I grabbed the coLinux-20040622.exe and executed it 
over NT's remote desktop connection.  When the 
installer started to process the TAP installation, the 
network connection was shutdown.  The installation, 
additionally, aborted due to the shutdown of the 
network.  A manual install of the network drivers does 
work without the shutdown events.

[This needs further verification if the installer shutdowns 
the network for anybody or just a random few with 
similar configurations.]

This can't fix, because all network connections will receive a short
re-connect at the time the TAP driver installs. This is from internally
work of Windows. You can try to install the TAP driver manually with device
manager.

I was able to install 0.6.2 final over Remote Desktop on a
Win2k Server box.  It was the form of Terminal Server for
Remote Administration, not an True multiple person Terminal
Server.
