The question is, how your module 
"/lib/modules/2.6.28-11-generic/kernel/ubuntu/squashfs/squashfs.ko" was 
build?
This is Unionfs 1.4 for a highter kernel version. The source of this 
module is mutch easyly to patch into coLinux kernel 2.6.26.

I have tried to build the old tar on kernel 2.6.22.18 and got some errors:
unionfs.h:520: error: 'struct inode' has no member named 'i_blksize'
