Please install the latest snapshot (2009-09-27) from
  http://www.colinux.org/snapshots/  or
  http://www.henrynestler.com/colinux/testing/devel-0.8.0/20090927-Snapshot/packages/

Than replace vmlinux with the file from
http://www.henrynestler.com/colinux/testing/devel-0.8.0/20091103-scsi/

There the kernel should print a caller stack for this bug.
