[coLinux-users] Slow x over ssh

Hi,

With my new ubuntu image I am using putty as SSH client and xming as X
server on Windows. But X applications run too slow. Compression is
enabled in putty for ssh. Can somebody explain me why it is so slow?
xming is running in Multi-Window mode.
