Category: Interface Improvements (example) Group: Next Release (example) Status: Open Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: access to colinux before windows login Initial Comment: i see kaspersky and some other antivirus can "inject" (hook, extension, whatever) the windows login screen, at least, adds an logo it would be nice if someone implement the following configurable (enable/disable) features 1. adds and LED/icon indicate that colinux is running 2. start/stop colinux service (or just start, let linux root do the "shutdown") 3. open/close one of the colinux-console before we log into windows. be secure of cos, e.g.: don't let user access the windows resource from console GUI function like open chm for help that chm reader can browse my computer. (lucky that we don't have chm help yet) 4. auto start colinux-console at "system is shuting down" screen so we can see the shutdown progress/message inside colinux. we can do something if there's problem shuting down the linux ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=622066&aid=2524212&group_id=98788 |
