The http://colinux.wikia.com/wiki/UbuntuBase worked okay for me, but I
had to make some adjustments do install from a file://cdrom/Ubuntu.
I am yet to try the Centos one, but that is my preferred server distro.
Can 0.73, 0.74 and 0.80 coexist on the same system.
