I've updated/modified the building Sarge from scratch instructions on
the wiki for Etch. I've got an 768Mb 'base' Etch install, I'll be using
it to create an larger (1g-2gish) and to add some more packages to this
minimal version. But if you can't wait or want to do it yourself the
guide at the wiki should get you started.
