Forget the .bat file at this moment.
Now, open a command prompt (y'know how to do that, right?), cd to where
colinux is installed (y'know where it's installed, right?), and enter
the following command:
colinux-daemon -c default.colinux.xml
tell us what you've seen.

You can utilize another private address range, say, 10.x.x.x or you can
create subnets with different netmasks. Alternatives are ample, and these
are all elementary TCP/IP stuff, has nothing to do with being specific to
coLinux.
