    I've followed the directions here:
    http://colinux.wikia.com/wiki/XCoLinux
And I'm still stuck.  I've installed xTerm and Cygwin/X.
I've added my IP address to the hosts in XWin, have a running instance of XWin, but starting Xterm in coLinux gives me the error "xterm Xt error: Can't open display: %s".
Can anyone shed some light on this?  What should I do?  Thanks.

You should check your network settings. Have you set and exported the DISPLAY variable with ip address of your host system?

Check, that you can ping the Host from inside coLinux. Maybe your firewall block incoming connections? Disable firewall and try it again.

Try the parameter -ac to disable access controls.

Install Xming and run it with option "-ac".
