Would it be possible to write a filesystem bridge driver that called directly into the Win2K filesystem API instead of mounting it via shares? This is as distinct from trying to use an NTFS driver to talk to the filesystem directly.
If so, is any work being done on this possibility, and if not is there a good guide to making Win2K calls from the colinux kernel's drivers that I could read up on? I'd love to be able to boot colinux from files on the local filesystem, and this sounds to my uneducated ears like a plausible way of achieving that.
