#75 CGT doesn't keep track of new awarded badge any more
Since the last CoH HotFix or Patch City Game Tracker
doesn't track new awarded badge (real time, when
received) unless selected as Title.
This use to work great then stop working recenlty I
think it matches with the last patch from CoH but I'm
not certain.
