One of my toons, SchrodingersCat has a description that
starts:

Schrödinger co-pioneered quantum mechanics with Werner
Heisenberg and created the wave form equation which
expresses it.

In the Status program (and thus the webpage) the ö gets
cut and it displays as:

Schrdinger co-pioneered...

    I have confirmed this a valid issue, and am currently trying
    to determine the cause. A fix may be available for the next
    unstable build, but I can't guarantee it.

    I have received a fix for this from the great guys over at
    HeroStats, and it will be implemented in the next build (I
    forgot in the last two 1.1.0 builds)

    I'm still unable to work out the cause of this. It appears
    that the ReadString function is stripping the character,
    however, a change to UnicodeEncoding causes the scanner to
    fail completely. Unfortunately, this is going to have to
    wait a while and will be released as a bug fix after the
    next release.

    Just an update on this old bug...unfortunately, I've still
    be unable to work out a resolution to this bug. I'll keep
    it open, and hopefully will be able to fix it in a future
    release.
