Unfortunately, that is out of my control. The devel versions of Bioconductor only work with R-devel. When the next release of Bioconductor comes out (I believe in April), then COHCAP will be bumped up to the release version that will work with the normal version of R. However, I can't bump it up without the next Bioconductor release.
That said, you can use the source code to install COHCAP with whatever version of R you want (the limitation is only with the easy load) using "R CMD INSTALL".
