#1 No Cookies set by login

COG installed correctly with all MySQL-tables.
By logging into through loginscreen.jsp page is devide
into 2 frames by mainpage.jsp and 2 loginscreen.jsp
appear.

I think the error is, that no cookie is set by the system
but don´t know why.
