#419 MOUNT change

Change the mount command to accept a
MOUNT (ITEM) (RIDEABLE) command, allowing items to
be seen in room descriptions:

MOUNT CANDLE TABLE

You see a table here with a candle sitting on it. (same
syntax as if a player were sitting there).
