#5 feature request -- delay before waiving sleep blocker

First of all want to show appreciation for your work. Thank you!
I have a feature request, that I doubt will see light of life, but will still try.

Add an option to set delay before the speed blocker is waived after the traffic condition is not met. With the traffic condition being met once again, the timer would reset for the next time speed is below threshold.

For users that stream media or use applications that dont always use internet this could be useful.
In my situation, i stream media from the desktop and use coffee to stop it from sleeping. As long as there is playback, bandwidth condition is met. But if i pause the video, within seconds desktop goes to sleep and i have to turn it on by my own means.
With this feature added, i could set the delay to 5 minutes and go use restrom in the middle of a movie, return back and continue streaming from the, without having to wake up the desktop.
