Cool. Note that the issue tracker was totally redone, so there can no
longer be any cause for complaint :)

It looks like coefficient is unable to connect to the database. Please
check your connection settings, and that you have the correct jars in
tomcat's lib directory.

You should also check the log file (probably catalina.out) for a clue as
to what is causing the problem. There should be a stack trace in there
somewhere.
