I've written a coefficient module called rssBlog

It provides basic, but flexible rss feeds and blogs. From the README:
"This is a module that enables the publishing of project-specific
and/or site-wide RSS news feeds. This module uses the Coefficient
Event system to receive notifications when modules publish RSS
items. Feeds are specified by providing a set of rules. These
rules are used to match the appropriate entries/items.

This module also allows users to create personalised news feeds, as
well as blogs (using the same mechanism)."

I'll properly document this module soon. 

TODO:
Add RSS item creation to other modules, so that we can actually get
populated feeds.
