[Coefficient-devel] System properties

With release 0.9.6 there are two new system properties - 
ALIAS_MAIL_HOST_ADDRESS and MAX_NUM_OF_FORUMS.

1. Is it possible to load values for these at installation putting them 
in coefficient.properties?
2. If so, is it possible to update this properties file in the build?
