[Coefficient-devel] Coefficient add user woes

I just downloaded Coefficient in order to try it out. I'm very
much interested in its workflow capabilities because our department
needs just such a tool.

I installed Coefficient 0.9 on Tomcat 5.0.19 and things seem to work
very well up until the point where I try to create a user. When I
have filled in the values for username, password, name and so on, and
click to accept, Coefficient dies with the following Java error:

In catalina.out I get the following error:

Any takers?  I would've posted to coefficient-user, but alas, that list
doesn't seem to exist.
