#5 Project Type selection should be made mandatory

When adding a project, if a user clicks submit button
without selecting either "work flow project" or "Custom
project" as the project type, the system displays
project fields with a blank modules list box.

To avoid this error: (1) the system should make
selection of project type mandatory OR (2) either
"work flow project" or "Custom project" radio buttons
can be set TRUE by default.

This has been done by setting the the default radio choice
to custom project.
