Currently plugins must be placed in the "Plugins" folder located in the installation folder of the CodeXCavator executable. This may sometimes require administrator rights. Furthermore if placed on a network share, placing a plugin would make it available to all users.

Thus support for a private user plugin directory should be added, such that users can install their own plugins without affecting other users. This directory should be located in the user's application data folder "%APPDATA%\CodeXCavator\Plugins".
