CodeWinPos / News: Recent posts

I've been using CodeWinPos every day for several months without a single bug encountered. I've been thinking of putting it up on sourceforge for a while and finally got around to it. Hope someone else enjoys it. As well I'd welcome another developer or two to maintain it, especially when a future release of VS pulls the rug out.
