First C++ Development Version

I'm proud to be able to present the first development version of the codewars 0.3.0 server in C++. He supports the WASP 2.0 and you are already able to join your robot.

This version is not playable but the source is really small yet (1800 lines) and if you are interested in it and interested in the new byte-protocol you should have a look on it.
