CodeWars 0.2.1

Today I released the codewars server version 0.2.1 on sourceforge.net. I fixed some threading problems and
added some support for the Visual Clients and Capture the Flag. I hope you like the new version and report the
bugs you find to me. Please view the README and the CHANGELOG befor editing the configuration files and starting codewars.
