SQL code available

For anyone who's downloaded the codehelpwanted source code, I've realised you won't have the database tables necessary to get the system up and running. There is now a new file release, codewanted_create_tables.sql which you can either paste into a web-based database admin tool, or run directly in your database, to create the tables.

If the table names clash, you may need to change both the PHP code and the SQL to select new table names
