[Codestriker-user] Need help -- Chinese character support

Hi

I'd installed codestriker system, but all the chinese characters cannot be displayed correctly, what should I do to support chinese characters?

Here is my configuration:
Windows 2000 Pro(Simplified Chinese Edition)
Apache 2.0.49
PHP 4.3.5
MySQL 4.0.18
CodeStriker 1.9.2-alpha-2
ActivePerl 5.8.7
