Brent, Funny enough. I had problems installing IPC::RUN and Template also. I just ran each perl -MCPAN -e 'install...' independently, then ran ./checksetup.pl, then maybe had to do that a few times, then everything installed finally. I know this isn't a pretty way to go about it, but it seemed to work for me. I did this approach on two servers which I installed Codestriker on, and both had the same problem. If you do inquire the IPC::Run or Template maintainer (as David suggested) and find a fix, please share. Good luck!
