At the bottom of each email message that comes from the
codestriker-user mailing list is a URL
(https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/codestriker-user) that
you can use for self-management of your subscription to the list.
This should work for almost everyone.
I did not delete the bottom of your email in my reply so that you
could see this for yourself.
