It was with despair that I read in the manual "... it may be more convenient
for CVS to automatically create a Codestriker topic *automatically* whenever
a commit occurs... *Unfortunately, these scripts can only be executed on the
UNIX platform."

*Is this still true? What are the issues involved, and how hard would it be
to do the windows-perl work myself?
