#79 Show Number of Displayed Comments

On the comment page, if filtering is applied, it would be nice to see the number of displayed comments.

We have a very large project with app. 150 comments. After working on one, its type is set from 'Submitted' to 'Finished'.

Filtering for 'Submitted' would then display, e.g. '20 of 150 shown', and one would instantly know the state of affairs.
