#76 Let Each General Topic Comment Have Own Status/Type

Hi,

When adding several general topic comments, the last comment's Status/Type 'overwrites' the former comments' ones since there is only one of these types for all general comments.

I find myself adding general comments like

'Always do exception handling like this' (Type: Severe)

or

'Please add method comments such and such' (Type: Minor),

so it would be great to adapt the data model (?) in such a way that each general comment could have a separate status and type.
