#50 Server side changesets editing

Sometimes while discussing the changeset it usefull to
edit it, espesially this will usefull if "Deep SCS
Integration" will implemented. So I ofer implement
changeset editing. But it not so simple, the question
is what to do if discussed line deleted or just
changed. Its "subject to think"...
