#41 Reviewer State addition to existing interface

Is it possible to have a feature in that the reviews
give a "thumbs
up/down" rating for the code. Folks review the code
but have no
comments since the code is good maybe since this is
the second or third review but now there is no way to
really state that they are ok at this point for the
code to be Committed. The changing of the State is
done by the one calling for the review but the reviewer
have no way of stating that they approve or disapprove
of it being commited. Is something like this already
possible?

If not, would it be possible to include a reviewer
state to the existing UI ?
