Software error:

  I have no idea what this means - I can only guess that somehow SQL Server isn't happy with the format of the date column in the commentstate table? Can you display the contents of this table?

    More info, I can add comments to this topic from another PC, and looks like PC where I got the error has disabled cookies.

  The reason is Internet Explorer Enhanced Secuirty Configuration. Remove it through Add/Remove Programs\Windows Components.
