Is authentification possible?

    Hi all,

Is there any way I could authenticate people accessing codestriker projects?

I would like to use the subversion authentification files.
    The purpose is to:
    1. omit hardcoding user names and passwords to repositories
    2. make sure that only people with access right to a code repository can see / generate / review topics

On an other note, if I would like to access codestriker and the subversion repositories via https, what do I have to do?

Could somebody give some sample config files?

Thanks a lot, this is an awesome tool ...

You can add authentication at this stage by using your web-server's authentication modules.  Apache has a large number of options available - so you should be able to restrict access approprately.  I am not sure how easy it is to link it to your subversion access file though - but do a google search, it might be possible.  Ideally - you could add this information in some central database instead - such as an ldap directory which both the web server and subversion could share.  In the short term, you might just create some appropriate .htaccess files.

You should be able to access the subversion repository using https - just make your repository string https and it should work.
