SVN Repo URLs changed

Now that the CodeSnip project has been migrated to Allura the URLs required to checkout source code from the Subversion repository have changed.

For details of the trunk URL see [https://sourceforge.net/p/codesnip/code]. The sample URLs are for the trunk Adjust as required for other branches.
